It's being called the largest, single new employment opportunity in the country, and it's happening right here in Las Vegas. Monday, CityCenter began accepting applications, and they mean business - 12,000 new jobs need to be filled before the mega-project opens later this year.

Somerville Housing Authority given $43,935 to help tenants with job training (Somerville Journal)
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has awarded funding to 32 agencies in Massachusetts to provide low-income residents with the necessary job training to put them on a path toward self-sufficiency, including the Somerville Housing Authority, which received $43,935. The $2.5 million in funding is part of $49 million awarded nationwide.
